I’m a little over one

month into Downtown Brooklyn living and the regrets remain nonexistent (again, the only regret — if I were forced to have one, which should never be the case — is not moving sooner). Dumbo, which is just a 20 minute walk or a 6 minute Citibike ride from where I live, is by far my favorite and where I’ve been doing most of my shoots. If there’s one place I could settle in right this very moment, it’d definitely be Dumbo. And under the Manhattan Bridge proves to be the best spot hang out and snap a few (err, several — let’s be real) photos. I suppose you can call this an upgrade on a staple (the jeans and white top look; remember this one from summer?). Took a pair of classic, slim fit jeans from 3×1 (one of my favorite denim brands), a loose crinkled top from Acne Studios (love the texture), and threw on some funky Pierre Hardy sneaks. To accessorize, I wore a Coach backback from their new Men’s Fall 1941 Collection, rightfully dubbed the Rip and Repair backpack, which is proving to be a new favorite. I’m quite picky with a brown accessories — I’ve honestly only have one other brown bag that’s a Margiela number I’ve been rocking for years, so I’m excited to add this one to the timeless list.
