What happens in

Vegas ends up on Snapchat and — now — Instagram Stories, because what doesn’t get snapped actually didn’t happen (ah, Gen Y, you guys keep me so young). No secrets to be held here, I’m back at PROJECT as part of Blogger PROJECT this season to hone in on what’s coming in menswear for spring of 2017. Today marks the Vegas leg (I already partook in the New York show several weeks back), which is the biggest and most overwhelming event due to the monstrosity of the venue (it’s literally over a mile long) and the fact that it’s jam packed with International brands from veterans like Lacoste to indie designers who’re getting their first waft of trade show life. To help set the mood, here’s a studio shoot I did back home at the NYC show with Naskademini; you can say it’s a fusion of Miami Vice and Andy Warhol (but I’m open to suggestions) featuring a Spring 2017 casual tuxedo by Hardy Amies and a tee by Current/Elliott, both brands of which I suggest keeping close tabs on. Keep up to speed all voyeur-like over on my Instagram and be sure to follow French Connection, too, as I’ll be taking over their ‘gram tomorrow.
